Oh Canada!

I have been SOOOO looking forward to getting out of town and it's finally happening! The Prices and Van Bewleys (sans Kami-she's such a drag) will be heading to Seattle this week and then driving up to Canada to visit Vancouver and Victoria. I am so excited because I have never been to any of these places and I need a break! Plus, I'm on a school break, which means I won't have to do homework in a plane. Yippee! I'll try to post some pictures since I never do this on my own blog. Just my daughter's. Maybe I'll start. Even though we're leaving Kami so Garrett and I can do our own thing and be selfish, I'll miss our baby girl. I'm sure when I call my parents, they'll make me talk to her on the phone like they usually do, so I might still get to hear her sweet voice!

I have finally decided to get my hair cut off. I had an appointment with Hayley, but got cold feet and just couldn't stomach saying au revoir to my lustrous locks, so I cancelled. It is now springtime and it's getting close to 90 degrees this weekend, so this must be a sign that I need to bid adieu to the mane so I don't get a heat rash like I'm prone to do. Maybe when I'm 80 and gray, my hair won't be so hot, but right now, at 27, my hair is dark and absorbs all that heat! So hot! I think I'll keep the bangs too...I need something to cover my five-head.

And! I got an iPod! It's about time! I also got an iPod case and have been uploading CDs onto iTunes and then synching my iPod! I've become an iPod nerd. Like I need something else to take up my time and start OCD-ing over. Oh well. That's cool. Isn't she a beaut?
